- If you find any damages to any items received, please notify us with 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE for an exchange authorization. CLAIMS FOR ANY DAMAGE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY.
- PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL CORRRESPONDENCE.
- No cancellations once tracking numbers are issued
- No switching/swapping items on completed orders.
